ok, my right side of the body just pronounced dead after 2 freaking hours of badminton with sabrina and chelsea. when chelsea was mia, i played with sabrina and blardy hell she made me run run run to catch the shuttlecock.. as a result, my thigh and arms are aching like MAD now.. and my right knee hurts like totally. but nvm! i had my exercise and feels fit today! haha...
so went hm to bathe before meeting chelsea's sister to teach her physics, together with sabrina and chelsea.. okok, let the pictures now do the talking for the activities yesterday and bla bla.. i think my arms are really dead now. haha..
